Overview

Motorhome & Camping Phrases is designed to provide offline phrasebook features without requiring an account. This notice explains how information is handled when you use the app or contact support.

Information handled by the app

The core phrasebook does not require you to provide your name, email address or precise location. Preferences, favourites and downloaded content may be stored locally on your device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Stanehoose Ltd does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide transaction information needed to confirm entitlements and restore purchases, subject to Apple’s own privacy terms.

Diagnostics and analytics

The app does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Apple may provide aggregated sales, usage or crash information through its developer services.

Support enquiries

If you contact support, we use the information you send to investigate and respond. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for support, security and legal records, and do not sell it.

Children

The app is a general travel utility and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account.
